MICHAEL SCHWARTZ NAMED CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER AT CORSA

BEREA, Ohio - (August 2004) - CORSA Performance®, an engineering and
manufacturing company that specializes in high performance stainless steel exhaust systems for the automotive and marine industries, has announced Michael Schwartz as the company's new chief business officer.
In this position, Schwartz will lead original equipment manufacturer business development, strategic planning, product development, sales, marketing and shareholder relations for the organization.

With more than 18 years of extensive sales, marketing and operational leadership experience in the automotive industry, Schwartz most
recently served as senior vice president, group business manager for Equity Management, Inc., a Troy, Michigan-based firm that specializes in leveraging equities of powerful brands. Prior to his work at Equity,
Schwartz held a number of positions with the Cadillac Motor Division of General Motors, including: licensing, used vehicle remarketing, forecasting, brand management and dealer sales.

Schwartz earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute, plus a master's degree in
management from Wayne State University; and he completed the Harvard University Program on Negotiation.
