1. How does CORSA's system compare with other C5 systems?
The test results for the leading C5 exhaust systems indicate that they all produce
approximately the same rear wheel horsepower increase, for the most part because of the restriction caused by catalytic converters.
We see CORSA's advantage over other systems as being able to increase exhaust flow by 45%, having the ability to produce the same rear
wheel horsepower gain as competitive C5 systems, and eliminating unwanted in-cabin resonance which sets us apart from all the other aftermarket systems.
2. What makes the CORSA systems different or better than the other C5 aftermarket systems available?
The CORSA *Power-Pulse
RSC™ exhaust system employs a new and completely different technology called Reflective Sound Cancellation (RSC). It uses sound/pressure waves 180 degrees out of phase to cancel noise instead of internal
baffles that are restrictive or packing material that can burn-out and deteriorate over time. CORSA's straight-through design flows 45% more than the factory stock system without any flow
restriction, producing the purest engine note available. With CORSA's Power-Pulse RSC™ design, the driver controls the sound level with the throttle. Awesome sound at full-throttle and whisper-quiet sound at cruising speed.

3. Can you describe the sound difference between the Touring Edition and Pace Car Edition systems?
The Touring Edition provides a crisp, exotic car sound with a quiet cruise and no resonance inside the passenger cabin. The Pace Car Edition offers a bolder, more aggressive sound during full-throttle and quiet during cruise - and without annoying in-cabin resonance drone associated with other aftermarket muffler systems.
4. What is included with each system?
Everything needed to complete the installation is included. Each system includes two (2) Power-Pulse RSC™
mufflers with polished stainless steel tips welded in place, two (2) over-the-axle pipes, heavy duty CORSA TORCA stainless steel clamps, flange gaskets and installation instructions plus the CORSA Limited Lifetime Warranty –
and guarantee your CORSA muffler system for as long as you own your C5!
5. Can you describe the finish?
Every CORSA exhaust system is fabricated out of 100% stainless steel with a stylized
muffler case design providing a distinctive look. Both the Touring and Pace Car Editions are available in a natural stainless steel satin finish and also a high temperature-resistant black finish.
6. Are polished tips included?
Yes. There are now three different exhaust tips available for CORSA's C5 Touring Edition and Pace Car Edition Power-Pulse RSC™ muffler systems. Each tip is made of 304L stainless steel, polished to a mirror-like finish and welded in place for perfect alignment - and stainless steel is more durable than chrome!
CORSA's
original C5 tip, the CLASSIC tip - the one that started the C5 exhaust tip craze - is a 3 ½-inch diameter oval shaped, slant-cut design with slightly rolled edges. The perfect size and shape.
CORSA's
new PRO-SERIES 3.5 tip is a double-wall angle cut design featuring internal flared edges that will grab your attention from 50 feet away, and is the same tip as featured on CORSA's
fourth generation Corvette muffler systems.
For those C5 owners wanting something even more dramatic, there's the SPECTER WERKES GTR tip. These crescent-shaped tips fill most of the C5 exhaust cove with an
aggressive race-like look.
7. Is the system a bolt-on system?
It is a simple bolt-on system with no cutting, no welding, and no modifications required, and the tips are welded in place
for perfect alignment.
8. How long does the installation take?
Using a lift, which we strongly suggest, and with basic hand tools, the installation takes less than one hour.
9. Does my Corvette have to be on a lift or can the installation be performed using jack stands?
Jack stands can be used if the car can be raised safely
and high enough to remove the stock exhaust system. However, it is recommended that a lift be used for safety reasons and ease of installation.
10. What tools are required to perform this installation?
Tools required include: 13mm, 15mm and 18mm sockets, 15mm wrench, 9/16 socket and a
6" drive extension, preferably using a ½ drive ratchet. Be sure to torque to factory specifications.
11. How are the systems packaged and shipped?
Each CORSA muffler is individually placed in a protective plastic bag and
the tips are double wrapped. Each muffler is then carefully packaged along with custom die-cut inserts and inner packs into one master carton to protect each muffler and tip. Over-the-axle pipes and hardware are
packaged in a separate carton to prevent possible damage to the muffler cases.
Each master carton is constructed of double-wall, high impact resistant corrugated cartons that ensure that every hand-built CORSA
muffler system will arrive in perfect condition.
All orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

13. Does CORSA offer a warranty?
CORSA's
