Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy
CORSA Performance accepts and ships orders to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and most other countries. Orders delivered in the US cannot be sent to a PO Box. Some items are not eligible to be shipped to California or other states that have adopted CARB regulations and Executive Order recognition.

CORSA offers several domestic shipping options and most available items ship within 1-2 business days if the product is in stock. If an item is not in stock, it will be shipped when it becomes available unless you contact us to cancel the order. In most cases, any item not in stock will still ship within 7-10 business days. For any flat rate shipping offered on, the product is generally shipped via FedEx Ground Service. Other shipping methods selected by the customer will ship via that method as soon as the product is available.

Shipping charges and sales tax will be shown before an order is finalized provided that the ship to postal code is correct. As mentioned, due to regulations, not all products can ship to all states. CORSA will do its best to inform you and prohibit the sale and shipment of products that do not have a valid Executive Order Number issued by CARB.

After an order is submitted you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an estimated ship date. You will receive another e-mail confirmation after the order has been shipped with tracking, if available.

Sales Tax (United States)
Sales tax is added to most US orders. CORSA collects and pays sales tax in compliance with most US states.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service department at 440-891-0999. Our orders usually ship within a day therefore you must call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Return Policy
This policy ONLY applies to products purchased directly through CORSA Performance. For any other purchases, please contact your retailer directly. Arrangements must be made in advance - before item is returned to CORSA. Only products that are new, unused, have never been installed, and remain undamaged are eligible for returns. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. There may be up to a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. There are NO returns or refunds awarded on used or installed products. In order to begin a return, please call us directly at 440-891-0999 to speak with a representative regarding all returns.
